This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies NeoEvolution AI uses on neoevolution.ai (the "Site"), why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences, measure how the site is used, and operate essential functions. We also use related technologies such as local storage and pixels; for simplicity, we refer to all of them as "cookies" in this policy.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the Site to function. They cannot be turned off in our systems and are typically set in response to actions you take, such as setting your privacy preferences or interacting with the chat assistant. They do not store directly identifying information.

neoevo_consent_v1 — local storage. Stores your cookie-consent choice. Persistent until cleared. First party.
nova_* — local storage. Stores your active session with the Nova chat assistant. Persistent until cleared. First party (ElevenLabs technology).

Analytics (consent required)

Help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it. Loaded only after you accept the cookie banner.

_ga, _ga_<property> — cookies. Google Analytics 4 user identifier and session state. Up to 2 years. Third party (Google LLC).
_clck, _clsk — cookies. Microsoft Clarity user and session identifiers for heatmaps and anonymized session replay. Up to 1 year. Third party (Microsoft Corporation).
Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless. Privacy-friendly, IP-hashed traffic measurement; no consent required.

Marketing

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and the consent banner before any such cookies are set.

How we obtain consent

On your first visit we display a cookie banner that asks for your decision. We use Google's Consent Mode v2 with the following defaults set before any analytics tag loads:

analytics_storage — denied
ad_storage — denied
ad_user_data — denied
ad_personalization — denied

When you click Accept, we update the consent state to granted and analytics tags begin to set cookies. When you click Reject, the defaults stay denied; analytics tags either don't fire or send only cookieless pings.

Managing your preferences

You can change your choice at any time. Click the button below to clear your stored preference and show the banner again on your next page load.

Browser controls

Most browsers let you block, delete, or restrict cookies via their settings. The links below take you to the official help pages:

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will affect Site functionality (the consent banner will re-appear on every visit, and the chat assistant won't keep your session).

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry consensus on how to interpret DNT, so the Site currently does not respond to it. We honor explicit consent choices made through our banner instead. If standardized signals (such as Global Privacy Control) become required by applicable law, we will respect them.
